These packages can be tailored to your needs - you can have any plan or cladding you desire. Plans can be standard plans, variation of plans or a design put together just for you.

The way this works is simple - just sign up for the land and there is a clause in the contract making the contract conditional on signing a build contract with Jennian Homes Mackenzie. Once a contract is in place Debbie will work with you to put your plan together and confirm pricing.
